I joined Farrell’s in October 2018. Before joining, I was pretty consistent in paying for a gym membership every January, using it for two weeks and stopping. I never really knew how to work out and I always felt intimidated going into a gym. I finally decided it was time to invest in myself and really commit to getting healthier and signed up for the 10 week challenge. I loved the kickboxing classes right away, and I was so happy to have instructors show me how to properly strength train. More importantly, the community at Farrell’s has kept me coming back! I became an instructor so I can help others get their best work out, whether they are seasoned members or just beginning their fitness journey. I have learned so much since starting here, and I truly enjoy seeing members’ transformations and helping them reach their health and fitness goals.
